Manufacturing presentation by Northline Apparel
Private-label streetwear · USA and Europe

From first sketchto finished drop.

Northline Apparel develops private-label streetwear from the first fit brief through materials, sampling, decoration, finishing, labels, packaging and production handoff. Every commercial and production detail is confirmed against your specification before it becomes a promise.

Brief to bulk

A clear path from idea to production.

Each stage closes a different risk: the brief aligns the target, development defines the specification, sampling proves the decisions, approval locks them, production follows the approved reference, and packing prepares the order for handoff.

Brief: align the vision, target customer and timeline

Develop: refine silhouettes, construction and specifications

Sample: prototype the garment and test the finish

Approve: lock fit, material, branding and packaging

Produce: build and inspect against the approved reference

Deliver: pack to instruction and confirm the handoff

Minimums, sample timing, bulk timing, payment and shipping terms are confirmed on the tenant's quotation.

Material + finish lab

Choose the hand, surface and final character.

Compare weight, texture, wash behavior, color direction and decoration compatibility before sampling. Final fiber content, weight, treatment and test requirements are recorded in the quote and approval documents.

Design evidence

See it. Feel it. Approve with confidence.

A strong approval trail reduces ambiguity. Product samples prove fit and construction; material swatches prove hand and finish; decoration strike-offs prove placement and technique; measurement sheets and packing instructions record the agreed result.

The template never presents generated imagery as factory proof. Each evidence slot is clearly replaceable from the Xelent Sites admin with the tenant's own approved photography, test records and documents.

Before the brief

The decisions buyers ask first

Do I need a complete tech pack to begin?

No. You can begin with references, rough sketches, target measurements and notes. The exact development scope and any technical-document work should be confirmed before sampling.

Can the fit be custom rather than based on a stock blank?

Yes, a custom block can be developed from measurements and references. Fit rounds, grading scope and ownership of patterns must be confirmed in the quotation.

Which decoration method should I choose?

Choose by artwork detail, surface, hand feel, durability target, garment color and order scale. The printing-methods page explains the tradeoffs; the final method is approved through a strike-off or sample.

Can labels and packaging be developed with the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, care labels, size systems, hangtags and packaging can be specified alongside the garment so approval and delivery stay coordinated.

What are the minimum order and lead time?

Those facts depend on style, material, decoration, color breakdown and delivery terms. They remain [NEEDS INPUT] until the tenant confirms them.
