How Embroidery Works
Embroidery stitches your crest, sponsor or initials straight into the garment in thread. It has raised texture and a premium finish, and it's the most durable way to put a logo on polos, jackets and caps.

Digitise
Your artwork is converted into a stitch file that sets the direction, density and order of every stitch.

Stitch
Multi-head embroidery machines sew the design into hooped garments.

Finish
Loose threads are trimmed and backing is removed for a clean finish inside and out.

Embroidery FAQ
Can you embroider on a sublimated jersey?
Yes. Many clubs sublimate the kit and embroider the crest, with stabilising backing to support the lighter fabric.
How small can embroidered text be?
Small text loses definition in thread. Artwork is checked before stitching.
What is 3D puff embroidery?
Stitches sewn over a foam layer give a raised, sculpted finish. It's popular on caps.
Do you need a special file?
Send your logo as a vector or high-resolution image. The stitch file is created from it.
