Jackets built to last.Denim that breaks in. Chenille by hand.Made in Sialkot.
Northline Apparel builds varsity jackets, denim, chore coats, rugby shirts, premium sweats and caps for labels that release heritage pieces in small runs. Melton and leather, felt-backed chenille, selvedge and heavyweight denim, with trims chosen by name.
Built for labels that make pieces worth keeping
Northline Apparel works with founders and studios whose customers expect a jacket to outlast the season it was bought in. That means dense melton, full-grain sleeve leather, knit rib that recovers, and chenille letters cut and stitched rather than printed.

Every jacket starts as a trim sheet: body cloth, sleeve leather, rib, lining, snaps, chenille and label, each with a supplier and a reference. The sample proves the sheet, and the run is held to the sample.

What labels ask first
What is the minimum on a varsity jacket?
[NEEDS INPUT]
How heavy is the melton?
Body melton runs between 600 and 700 GSM in wool-rich blends. Weight and composition are confirmed on a swatch card before sampling, and the swatch travels with the order.
Are the sleeves real leather?
Full-grain cowhide is the standard sleeve. Lambskin and a matching melton sleeve are available, and sleeve leather is cut per run out of a single hide lot so the shade holds.
Do you cut denim and chore coats too?
Yes. Selvedge and heavyweight denim between 12 and 14 oz, duck and moleskin for chore coats, with rinse, stone and enzyme washes tested on the sample before the run.
Can chenille letters be made to our artwork?
Yes. Chenille is cut and chain-stitched to your artwork, felt-backed and appliqued by hand. A chenille sample is approved separately from the jacket sample.
How long from approval to delivery?
