Checking and packing

The factory

Follow one hoodiethrough the floor.

The same garment, station by station, from cut panels to a packed carton.

Step 01

Cutting

Fabric is relaxed, inspected and laid. The marker follows your size chart and a straight knife cuts every layer.

Step 02

Sewing

Overlock, flatlock and single-needle lines join body, hood and sleeves, with checks along the line.

Step 03

Screen printing

Ink pulled by hand on a carousel, one screen per colour, then cured.

Step 04

DTF

A printed film goes under the heat press and peels away, leaving full colour.

Step 05

Embroidery

Multi-head machines stitch flat, 3D puff and chain stitch from your artwork.

Step 06

Rhinestone

Crystals placed by template and tweezers, then fixed with heat.

Step 07

Checking and packing

Measured against your spec, folded, bagged and boxed for shipping.
