If the date is on the brief, the timeline is built backwards from it and confirmed on the quotation. Add transit to your go-live day.
How heavy are the blanks?
Tees run 260 to 420 GSM. Fleece runs 400 to 550 GSM. Weight is confirmed on a swatch before anything is sewn.
Do you do acid wash on fleece?
Yes. Acid wash, sun fade and pigment dye on tees and fleece after sewing. Shade is approved on a washed sample, never on a screen.
Is all-over print really all over?
Yes. Panels are sublimated before cutting, so the print runs through seams, hoods and pockets. Polyester or poly-rich fabrics only.
